Bixler Lake Park
Recently $3 million has been spent on this lake to enhance the facilities there. Two beaches are found on this 119-acre lake, sailing, boat launches, 90 campsites, fishing pier, pavilions, playground areas, tennis courts, baseball diamonds and hiking trails. Chain O’Lakes State Park
Eight connecting lakes will be the center of your adventures in Noble County. Paddle through the chain, hike the trails or attend a nature program in the park's "Old Schoolhouse" Nature Center. Located 18 miles from Kendallville. Call 219-636-2454 for more information.

Kendallville Windmill
The idea of building a windmill museum as a tourist attraction for the Kendallville area was adopted in March of 1992 by the Kendallville Local Development Corporation. Research discloses that the greatest concentration of windmill manufacturers existed within a 75-mile radius of Kendallville. One of these windmill manufacturers, The Flint & Walling Company, was located in the heart of Kendallville. So far eight windmills have been completely restored, with four already erected on the outside premises. Eight additional windmills are in the process of restoration. A restored collection of 10 windmills will be added to the spring of 1997. Open April through November.

Noble County Fairgrounds
The fairgrounds host the Noble County Community Fair in July and the Apple Festival of Kendallville in October. Additional year-round events at the fairgrounds include harness racing, demolition derbies, high school rodeo, auctions, banquets and circuses.

Northern Indiana Bluegrass Association
The association’s spring and fall bluegrass festivals are held at the Noble County Fairgrounds on Kendallville's north side attracts thousands of music enthusiasts from around the country and Canada. Call 800-837-0971 for more information.
