George Rogers Clark National Historical Park

Knox County Watermelon Festival
The festival is held on one jam-packed, fun-filled day, usually the second Saturday in August. The festival begins at 8am with a 5K Watermelon Run through historic Vincennes and concludes with concert entertainment and a street dance on Saturday evening.

Old Cathedral Complex
Founded in 1732, featuring the oldest Catholic Church in Indiana with parish records dating back to 1749. Across from the courtyard is the oldest library in Indiana with rare volumes dating to 1319. Tours are by appointment only. Call 800-886-6443 for more information.

Spirit of Vincennes
Held the Saturday & Sunday of Memorial Day weekend at the French Commons on Willow & 3rd Streets. It is a 1700 – 1840 pioneer festival with soldiers reenacting battles and living in period living quarters. The Indiana Territory Capitol
